
Why Massage?
Experts estimate that 80% to 90% of disease is stress related. Massage is there to combat that frightening number by helping us to remember what it really means to relax. I strongly believe in the many health benefits of regular massage (anywhere from once per week to once per month); from injury rehabilitation, to helping an athlete prepare for an event, to bringing peace and calm to an expecting mother. I am delighted to help my clients live healthier and less stressed lives. I thoroughly enjoy tailoring every massage to best suit the needs of each client.
